I’m sure the photo editor at the New York Times could offer a totally plausible explanation for why they decided to use this particular picture to illustrate a story about Dick Cheney. But let’s be honest here: they, like us, are still gigantically amused by the idea of the Vice-President skulking in the shrubbery.
