(via People Who Were Definitely Joking About Moving to Canada But Were Included In That Buzzfeed Link From Earlier | Modern Primate | man, that’s deep)

I’ll admit, I shared that Buzzfeed post, People Who Say They’re Moving To Canada Because Of ObamaCare, with my friends today. It’s a fun post. Those tweets are outrageous! How could people be so stupid? They’re so dumb that I’m moving to Canada!!!
But it turns out that searching Twitter for “moving to canada” after a big SCOTUS ruling and then posting the 17 stupidest sounding tweets might mean that some of those people were joking and you never noticed, because you were in a hurry to share funny jokes with the Internet. I understand. These things happen. But man, those people are going to be pissed off.
Click the screenshot above for more examples of people that are kinda pissed about being featured in a Buzzfeed article!

I love this phenomenon. The number of media required to produce this, the layers of possible meaning, the realm of criticisms from strangers that one invites by writing a joke on one’s phone…

Hey remember when CNN couldn’t read a Supreme Court decision right and we all made fun of them
